Dr. Rampton has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of mineral exploration and development from grass roots exploration through to corporate management in domestic and international jurisdictions. He has been jointly responsible for financings in excess of $30M and was President, CEO and a director of TSXV listed Kinbauri Gold Corp. from its inception in 1984 until its take-over in 2009. At Kinbauri, he was responsible for all aspects of its governance, finances, strategy and development. He successfully negotiated the purchase of two mines and a mill in Spain in 2007 for US$5M; Kinbauri was subsequently taken over in 2009 for about tenfold of the Spanish asset’s purchase price.

Dr. Rampton founded Carube Resources Inc. in 2011, which evolved into Carube Copper Corp., a TSXV listed company with operations in the Caribbean and Canada. He served as President, CEO, VP Corporate Development and a director at various times until 2017. He is also President, CEO and a director of Mayo Lake Minerals Inc., a private company with operations in Yukon, Canada from 2012 until present.

Dr. Rampton is the sole principal of Rampton Resources Group Inc. and has been President, CEO and a director of Auropean Ventures Inc. since its inception in 2011. He is a member of numerous professional associations and he has authored or co-authored over seventy articles in his fields of expertise, most recently on the dispersal of ore tracers in surficial materials. He is a professional engineer (Ontario) and is a “Qualified Person” under securities legislation in Canada.

Dr. Rampton holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Geology) from the University of Manitoba and a Doctorate (Geology) from the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Irwin has practised law, primarily securities, since 1996 at which time he became a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. From 1998 to 2004, he was associated initially with Boyle & Company and subsequently with Power Budd LLP. From 2004 to 2006, he was associated with Wildeboer Dellelce LLP.
Mr. Irwin initiated his own practise in 2007 and is a principal of Irwin Lowy LLP, a Toronto based law firm specializing in corporate and securities law. He has been, and is, a director and officer of a number of private and public companies. Mr. Irwin has served as Secretary of Auropean Ventures Inc. since its inception in 2012.

Mr. Irwin received his Bachelor of Arts from Bishop’s University in Lennoxville, Quebec in 1990 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, New Brunswick in 1994.

Mr. Munro’s business career includes ten years in the practice of law (criminal and civil), ten years as an investment advisor and thereafter 20 years of experience in all aspects of corporate management including administration, legal, financing and investor relations for private and public companies. From 2011 until 2016, he served as Corporate Administrator of Carube Copper Corp. (formerly Carube Resources Inc.) a TSX-V listed exploration company with operations in the Caribbean and Canada and from 2011 he served as Corporate Administrator for Auropean Ventures Inc., a private Ontario based company with operations in Europe, in a similar matter.

Mr. Munro has been Corporate Administrator for Auropean Ventures Inc. since its inception in 2012. In the past, he has been actively involved in coaching minor football as well as fundraising for various athletic programs and charitable initiatives.

Mr. Munro has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Law from Queen’s University.

Mr. Ackert began his career as a regional geologist with St. Joe Minerals, Bond Gold Canada and LAC Minerals in the 1980s. In 1990 he became mine geologist at LAC Minerals' Golden Patricia Mine (Barrick Gold Corp after 1994) where he specialized in production and exploration. In 1996 he was appointed VP Exploration for Orezone Resources Inc., focusing on West Africa, and was subsequently named VP Technical Services in 2005. During his time at Orezone, its market cap increased from $2M to over $300M due to development of Orezone’s projects in West Africa.

Mr. Ackert has served as VP Exploration, President and CEO and a director of Carube Copper Corp. and its predecessor over various intervals from 2012 until 2017. Presently, he is VP Business Development of Carube Copper Corp. He is also a director of Advance Gold Corp. and Altai Resources Inc., both listed on the TSXV and Mayo Lake MInerals Inc., a private company with operations in Yukon, Canada.

Mr. Ackert is the sole principal of JSA International Geoconsulting. He was VP Exploration and a director of Auropean Ventures Inc. from 2011 through 2015. Presently he continues as a director. Mr. Ackert holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Toronto.

Mr. Leblanc began his career on the money market desk at the Bank of Canada in 1973 and in 1977 moved to Export Development Canada as an International Economist. In 1984 he was hired by McLeod Young Weir, a Canadian investment dealer, which later became Scotia McLeod. In 1992 he joined Richardson Greenshields who were then acquired by RBC Dominion Securities in 1996. He was named a Vice President of RBC in 1996 and held the position until he retired in 2009. Following 1984 he specialized in commodity and currency futures and options.

Mr. Leblanc is involved in commercial real estate development in the Ottawa region. He presently is the principal and President of Carp Retirement Properties Inc. and Storeyworks Development Inc. He holds positions on the Boards of several quasi-governmental institutions.

From 2012 until 2017, he served as a director of Carube Copper Corp. (originally Carube Resources Inc, a publically listed company with operations in Jamaica and Canada).

Mr. Leblanc has been a director of Auropean Ventures Inc. since its inception in 2012. He is also a director of Mayo Lake Minerals Inc., a privately held junior exploration company with operations in Yukon, Canada.

Mr. LeBlanc holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics, Math) from Queen’s University, and a Master of Arts from the University of Ottawa.

Mr. Piovarcsy has over 35 years’ experience as a field geologist and mining/exploration manager in his native Slovakia. For many years he has been the sole owner and Managing Director of a Slovakian mining/exploration consulting company. Over his career, he has been primarily involved in the exploration, environmental assessment, permitting and management of gold, copper, tin, manganese and iron projects in Slovakia and Mongolia for government and private enterprise. He has extensive contacts within Slovakia’s industry and government sectors. Most importantly, he was a project manager of the Slovakian Geology Institute for more than 12 years from the early 1980s to the 1990s. During that period, much of his time was directed toward assessing the mineral potential of Slovinky-Gelnica (Auropean’s primary exploration target) and surrounding areas.

Mr. Piovarcsy presently serves on the boards of various groups and in the past has served on the Board of the Ministry of Environment from 1997–2004. He was President of the Slovakian Society of Economic Geologists from 1988-1994 and also Vice President of geology of the Mining Chamber of Slovakia from 2000–2006. He is a long standing member of the Slovakian Society of Economic Geologists.

Dr. Piovarcsy received his degree in Geology from Comenius University, Faculty of Natural Science, Bratislava, (Economics of Geology) 1978.

Mr. Baron is the founding partner (2004) of the Corporate/Commercial law firm Barón Abogados where he has specialized in corporate M&A, restructuring, commercial law and litigation. (Spain). He began his professional career with the law firm Baker & McKenzie and has served as in-house counsel with the Engineering Group SENER as well as General Counsel of ANTIBIÓTICOS, a member of the Italian MONTEDISON Group. He practiced law in the Spanish firm J & A Garrigues (1990-2004); becoming a partner in 1996. As member of the Mergers & Acquisitions division of the Commercial Law Department of Garrigues Abogados, Mr. Baron specialized in general commercial and private law and M&A, in both the public and private sectors. He has been involved in numerous transactions in the commercial financial sector.

Mr. Baron is well versed in regulatory matters pertaining to exploration and mining in Spain and has extensive contacts with government officials. He has acted on behalf of Outokumpu and Ferroatlantica and from 2007-2009, he served as Spanish counsel to Kinbauri Gold Corp. prior to and during the take-over of its El Valle/Carlés mining assets in north-western Spain.

Mr. Baron received his Bachelor in law from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid in 1975 and his Master Degree in Tax Law, from the Instituto de Empresa of Madrid in 1984. He has been a Member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1977 and is often called upon to lecture at forums and conferences on legal matters pertaining to commercial contracting.

Mr. de la Fuente has over 40 years in the management of projects in Burkina Faso, Canada, Mozambique, Morocco, Portugal, the Dominican Republic and Spain for several international and Spanish companies. His expertise and experience includes exploring and mining for gold, PGM, base metals, tantalum-lithium-cesium, uranium and industrial minerals.

Since 1996 he has been Managing Director and main shareholder of Fernando de la Fuente Consultores, S.L. a mining exploration and geological consulting company; Main clients include AngloGold, Phelps Dodge Exploration Corporation, Noranda Inc., Gold Fields Mining Ltd., BHP Billiton, Teck-Cominco, Rio Narcea Recursos S.A., AuEx Ventures, Longview Capital Partners, Ormonde Mining Plc., MinMet, Serrata Resources S.A.

Mr. de la Fuente holds a BSc. (Honours) in Geology (University of Grenada) and MSc. in Geology (University of Granada) specializing in Exploration and Mining Geology.
